My side gig (other than motherhood and movement) is graphic design, and my husband builds websites. So we were at an event and a few people started chatting with me about how hard it is to get their ‘workout’ in because they work on their computers all day. This conversation instantly got my gears turning about how I could encourage these people to start working fitness in WHILE working! So I am on a journey to develop a program for designers and developers. It will most likely be be applicable to any desk dwelling jobs, but I need help from the community!
If you are willing to participate fill out the information below and I will get you moving. This is informal research for me, so a completely FREE experience for you. You will get monthly workouts designed to progress and that should be able to fit into your workday seamlessly, as well as contact and accountability as you need it.
My goals include finding ways to improve your daily life through small movements you can do at your workspace, increase productivity, and reduce stress. If you have other goals put them in the comments and I can see if they can be tied in.
